Is An Agency Better?
I have several technical documents to complete, and doing everything myself is taking too much time. While searching for help, I came across technical writing agency. Has anyone here worked with a technical writing agency before? Did the writers understand your subject? Was communication easy? I would really like honest feedback from people who have tried one. What questions did you ask before starting? Did the final documents need many edits? I am trying to understand what the experience is really like.
